Thursday (12/6/2025) Faculty of Economics and Business, Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University Jakarta, Islamic Banking Doctoral Study Program held an open doctoral promotion exam in the Postgraduate Meeting Room, Building I, FEB, Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University Jakarta.
On this occasion, Promovenda Diyah Hesti Kusumawardani presented the results of her dissertation research entitled "Islamic Sustainable Financial Assessment in the Development of Muhammadiyah Organization Waqf Assets" in front of the examining team chaired by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Nur Rianto Al Arif M.Si. During the exam, Diyah Hesti was asked to explain the summary of her dissertation for 15 minutes and continued with a session of responses and objections from the examining lecturers.
The doctoral promotion exam was also attended by the examining team, Promoter Prof. Dr. H.M. Amin Suma, SH., MA., MM, Co-Promoter I Dr. Rini., M.Si., Ak. CA,. Examiner I Prof. Dr. Muhammad Said., Examiner II Rahmawati, Ph.D., and Expert Examiner Prof. Dr. Nur Hidayah., Ph.D,. In delivering her dissertation, the promovenda presented her research results comprehensively and smoothly so that this doctoral promotion session ran very solemnly and sacredly.

Furthermore, in the question and answer session by the examiners, the promovenda Diyah Hesti Kusumawardani was able to answer frankly and clearly so that this session also ran smoothly and did not take too long. Promovenda was declared to have passed with a Very Satisfactory Predicate and was entitled to hold a doctoral degree after presenting her dissertation, and is the 36th Doctor in the Islamic Banking Doctoral Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University, Jakarta.(smk)
