Bogor, August 25, 2025 The Social Trust Fund (STF), one of the philanthropic institutions of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, held an event on Community Empowerment Regarding Financial Literacy and Entrepreneurial Mindset. Present as speakers and moderators were Dr. Prilla Kurnia and Dr. Dwi Nuraini Ihsan. Both are lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta who are dedicated to sharing their knowledge and expertise with the community of Cidokom Village, Gunung Sindur, Bogor, West Java.
The event, which was attended by dozens of women from the Family Empowerment and Welfare (PKK) group, members of the majlis taklim, and MSMEs around Cidokom Village, was lively and enthusiastic. Dwi Nuraini expressed her hope that this activity would be the beginning of the establishment of small business groups in Cidokom. “Hopefully, this activity will be the beginning of the formation of small business groups in Cidokom Village so that the women here can become independent and prosperous,” said the doctor of Islamic banking. In line with Dwi, Prilla Kurnia also expressed her pride and hopes for the people of Cidokom Village. “Of course, I am proud to be able to contribute to the community, especially the women, to improve their Islamic finance literacy. Hopefully, this activity will be beneficial and can continue to be carried out by STF,” said the lecturer who is also an MSME entrepreneur.
The event was closed with a friendly gathering and a group photo with all participants. (AC)
