Inviting Business Professionals: The Management Program Holds Its 2026 Final Project Market Research Event
South Tangerang, June 17, 2026. The Management Study Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, successfully held the 2026 Market Research Project (PMR) Workshop, themed “Business Feasibility Analysis through Market Research,” on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at the 5th-floor theater of the FEB Building on Ibnu Sina Street. This event was part of the 2026 Market Research Project Final Presentation series, which aims to strengthen students’ understanding of the strategic role of market research in conducting business feasibility studies.
The workshop featured business practitioner Mr. Luthfi Rantaprajasa, who also served as an Expert Examiner during the students’ final presentation sessions. In his presentation, he emphasized that a business feasibility study is a crucial tool for assessing the potential success of a business venture and serves as a basis for investors’ investment decisions. Additionally, he provided various insights and constructive feedback on the research findings presented by the students.
Project Market Research (PMR) is an integrative learning model that combines four courses in the Management Program—Business Feasibility Studies, Retail Management, Service Management, and Relationship Management—into a single comprehensive and practical marketing research project. Through this workshop and final presentation, students are expected to be able to identify business opportunities, conduct systematic market analysis, and formulate strategic recommendations relevant to industry needs and dynamics.
The event was also attended by the course instructors: Dr. Supriono, Dr. Ela Patriana, Leis Suzanawaty, M.Si., and Cut Erika A.F., MBA. During the presentation session, students presented their analysis results, research findings, and marketing strategy recommendations developed based on a scientific approach and empirical data. This event served as a comprehensive evaluation of the students’ learning outcomes over the course of one semester.
Through the PMR 2026 Workshop and Final Presentation, the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta has once again demonstrated its commitment to providing an innovative and practice-based learning process. “The PMR activities reflect our commitment as program administrators to provide the best teaching methods for students in order to support the graduate learning outcomes (CPL),” said Murdiyah Hayati, Chair of the Management Study Program. The combination of theoretical mastery, data-driven research, and practical experience is expected to produce graduates who are competent, adaptable, and ready to contribute to addressing the challenges of the ever-evolving business world, particularly in the fields of marketing, market research, and business development. The event concluded with a reception and a group photo. (CE/AC)
