Islamic Banking Cluster Accreditation Application, Undergraduate and Doctoral Programmes in Islamic Banking Hold Accreditation Preparation Meeting
Jakarta, 17 September 2025 in the meeting room on the 2nd floor of the FEB Building on Jalan Ibnu Sina, an accreditation preparation meeting for the undergraduate and doctoral study programmes in Islamic banking was held. The event, which was opened by the Dean of FEB, Prof. Dr. Ibnu Qizam, M.Si, was attended by vice deans, heads of study programmes, lecturers and internship students on campus.
In his direction, the Dean of FEB conveyed the importance of maintaining cohesiveness in proposing Islamic banking cluster accreditation documents to LAMEMBA. "We propose Islamic banking cluster accreditation documents for both undergraduate and doctoral programmes. FEB will facilitate all needs related to the accreditation process, the most important thing is to maintain the cohesiveness of the accreditation team until the field assessment," said Prof Qizam.
In line with Prof. Qizam, the Head of the Sharia Banking Doctoral Study Programme, Prof. Nur Hidayah, PhD expressed her readiness for accreditation. "We have prepared documents related to accreditation. This meeting helps us to equalise perceptions for the smooth process of Islamic banking accreditation," said this Durham University graduate. Likewise, the Head of the Sharia Banking Undergraduate Study Programme, Dr. Yuke Rahmawati expressed her readiness for the accreditation process. "We are ready to achieve Superior accreditation for the Sharia banking study programme," said Yuke.
In accordance with the plan, the accreditation document will be submitted to LAMEMBA in December 2025. (AC)
