Jakarta, June 2, 2026. The Management Student Association (HMPS) of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta held a Management Career Paths seminar for the 2026/2027 period to gain new knowledge about the career world from a professional and entrepreneurial perspective. This activity is one of the work programs of the Department of Career and Professional Development (PKP), which aims to broaden horizons, provide insights, and assist Management students in determining their career direction and focus during their studies. With the theme "Break the Chain: From Job Seeker to Job Creator," this activity aims to foster a professional and entrepreneurial mindset in students so they can create career opportunities, equipping them with the knowledge and strategies to navigate the world of work in the digital and professional era.

The event was officially opened at 8:00 a.m. Western Indonesian Time by two Masters of Ceremonies, Adriansyah Putra Kurniawan and Zaskia Rahma Aulia. The atmosphere was further enhanced by a recitation of the Divine Word by Muhammad Hafizh, followed by the singing of Indonesia Raya and the UIN Jakarta Hymn, to build the morning spirit and enthusiasm of the participants and committee, led by conductor Inti Laqoh Desiana. Next came remarks from the Chairperson of the Committee, Nabilla Devina Putri Iswanto, followed by remarks from the Chairperson of the Management Student Association for the 2026/2027 period, Muhammad Hasbi Alwi, and final remarks by Dr. Asyari Hasan, M.Ag., CM, Vice Dean III of the Faculty of Economics and Business, UIN Jakarta.

Following these opening remarks, the event moved on to the main event, with presentations. The first session began at 9:15 a.m. WIB, led by moderator Raiffa Ladyssa. It included the reading of the moderator's and presenter's curriculum vitae (CVs). This was followed by a presentation on Skills, Portfolios, and the Professional Path of Management, delivered by Dr. Indo Yama, S.E., M.A.B., a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. At the end of the session, certificates were presented as a token of appreciation to the presenter and moderator.

The second session followed a similar flow, beginning at 10:30 a.m., led by moderator Fauzia Rahmania, followed by the reading of the moderator's and presenter's CVs. This session then continued with a presentation on "Practical Guide to Building an Entrepreneurial Mindset" by Ade Megalia Utami, S.H., President Director of PT Muda Cahaya Asia and Business Development Consultant. The session concluded with the presentation of certificates to the presenter and moderator.
Following these two presentations, the next activity was to fill out a career interest questionnaire for all attendees. Participants completed the data collection by scanning a barcode provided by the organizing committee. The career interest questionnaire included questions about students' readiness for future career paths.
To conclude the series of activities, all participants and the organizing committee participated in a group photo session from 12:15 p.m. WIB. (ah)
