Through this presentation and evaluation session, members were given the opportunity to share their views, observations, and assessments regarding performance during the current term. Members were encouraged to think critically, objectively, and constructively—identifying areas requiring improvement while also recognizing strengths and successful achievements to be sustained and further developed. The session focused not merely on highlighting issues but also on understanding underlying factors and exploring potential solutions through discussion and Q&A.
This open forum allowed for diverse perspectives, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of the organization's status. It also served as a moment for collective reflection—reviewing past processes, acknowledging contributions, and reinforcing members' awareness of their roles and responsibilities in achieving the goals of the Cakrawiyata Cabinet.
Following the evaluation, the event proceeded with the announcement of the "Best Staff" and "Best Department" for the second quarter, organized by the PSDM Bureau. This session served to recognize and appreciate members and departments that demonstrated exemplary performance, contributions, responsibility, and commitment throughout the period. These awards acknowledge the dedication and effort invested in the cabinet's continuity and goal achievement, while also boosting member motivation and fostering a positive, mutually respectful organizational culture.
Following the awards announcement, the committee members shared a meal to foster a sense of camaraderie and take a brief break before proceeding to the JELAJAR agenda.
The event continued with the JELAJAR Games session, designed to be both interactive and recreational. Members were divided into groups to collaborate on various missions prepared by the SOSKASTRAT Department. Each group was required to communicate effectively, devise strategies, assign roles, and work together to overcome every challenge. This activity not only created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere following the evaluation session but also served to strengthen interpersonal relationships, build mutual trust, solidarity, and cohesion, and enhance collaborative skills.
Once the games concluded, the event wrapped up with a mobilization process and an official closing. The entire series of activities proceeded smoothly, in an orderly fashion, and in a spirit of togetherness.
Through the interactive and focused execution of the Second Quarter JELAJAR event, the Accounting Student Association (HMPS Akuntansi) successfully evaluated its performance and work program implementation for the current period. They identified achievements and areas for improvement, while also gathering input to serve as a foundation for future periods. Furthermore, the JELAJAR event provided a platform to strengthen communication, solidarity, and collaboration among committee members through interactive and recreational experiences; this is expected to bolster synergy across the team, ultimately leading to more effective and sustainable organizational performance.
