The Accounting Study Program Conducts SIAPIK Training of Trainers (ToT) to Support MSME Financial Recording and Management

Jakarta, September 10, 2026 – The Accounting Study Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, held a SIAPIK Training of Trainers (ToT) event on September 9–10, 2026. Held in the 2nd-floor meeting room of the new FEB UIN Jakarta building, the event was attended by 23 lecturers and 17 students as part of an effort to enhance understanding and skills regarding financial recording and management for business owners.
The event aimed to equip participants with the understanding and skills needed to use SIAPIK (Financial Recording Application Information System) to support MSME financial recording and management. The material covered included financial mindset, the importance of separating personal and business finances, an introduction to the SIAPIK ecosystem, account registration, inputting business data and opening balances, recording transactions, and preparing reports and financial performance analyses.
On the first day, the program also featured the signing of a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) between FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta and *Layanan UMKM Naik Kelas* (LUNAS). The agreement was signed by the Dean of FEB, Prof. Dr. Ibnu Qizam, S.E., M.Si., Ak., CA., and the CEO of LUNAS, Roy Baskoro Damanto, S.E. This partnership serves to strengthen collaboration in supporting the development of and assistance for MSMEs.
The event also included practical sessions on registering for and using SIAPIK via both mobile devices and the website. Participants worked on several case studies involving transaction entry and financial report preparation to improve their practical understanding of the application.
On the second day, activities continued with practice sessions, a post-test, feedback sessions, and the formulation of a follow-up plan to ensure the sustainability of MSME assistance. The entire series of activities proceeded successfully and concluded with the symbolic presentation of certificates and tokens of appreciation by the Head of the Accounting Study Program, Dr. Fitri Damayanti, S.E., M.Si., to the trainers and facilitators in recognition of their contributions and the knowledge shared during the training.
Through this SIAPIK "Training of Trainers" event, the Accounting Study Program at FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta aims to strengthen the competence of lecturers and students in MSME financial record-keeping and to foster sustainable collaboration between educational institutions and MSMEs in support of improved business financial management.
