Special Session: Dare to Speak, Dare to Action
On Friday, August 6, 2021, the Semi-Autonomous Entrepreneur Learning Center (ELC) UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta held a Special Session with the theme "Dare to Speak, Dare to Action", this activity was carried out virtually through the Zoom Meeting application. This Special Session is one of a series of Sharing Session activities which is a means of sharing experiences as well as a means to upgrade insight, motivation, and enthusiasm to continue to be a better person in various aspects.
This activity began with the opening by Siti Rahma Maulida, a FEB student majoring in Management as MC. Furthermore, the reading of the holy verses of the Qur'an by Nur Shela Isnaini, a FEB student majoring in Accounting. Then it was followed by remarks, the first was a speech from the chief executive, then the deputy general chairman of the ELC, the ELC coach, and a speech from the Vice Dean III for Student Affairs and Alumni Affairs Prof. Dr. Mohammad Nur Rianto Al Arif, M.Sc.
Then the event continued with a group photo and then the MC handed over the event to the moderator. The moderator for this special session was Bayu Ilham Ghifary, a FEB student majoring in Management, and then continued with the presentation of material by the resource person, namely Muhammad Fahrizal Al – Bantani, C.PS, C.MMI. First, the speaker explained the reasons and benefits of public speaking, then the definition, then he also discussed about Rhetoric or the science of speech and ended with tips during public speaking and a question and answer session. Then this Special Session activity ended with the reading of prayers by Pandu Adji Pamungkas, a FEB student majoring in Islamic Economics, and this activity was completed at 21:32 WIB.
